Special Needs  - EYFS Leader of Learning
September 2019

Due to a re-structure and continued expansion, we are looking to appoint an exceptional EYFS leader of learning.

Key tasks of the role will include:

  1. Lead and manage all staff within EYFS so that all staff feel well supported, trained and perform their roles at the highest level and liaise with class teachers
  2. To monitor and improve the quality of teaching and learning within EYFS leading to improved rates of pupil progress.
  3. Work with the STLS Early Years team to develop SEND support and training for Early Years settings within the district.
