TEACHER OF SCIENCE

Required for September 2019 – Maternity Cover 0.6fte 

We are looking for a suitably qualified, enthusiastic teacher of Science to teach from Key Stage 3 through to GCSE in a highly successful Grammar School.  The ability to teach a second subject will be an advantage.

Highworth Grammar School is an over-subscribed 11 – 18, selective girls’ school of 1493 students with 455 students in the Sixth Form (113 boys).  We are situated in the South East of England, with excellent transport links to both the rest of Kent and London. 

The school was judged to be Outstanding in all areas in June 2013.  Last summer our A Level results placed us in top 25% of schools nationally.
