Finance Officer

Term-time + 10 days during the school holidays

20 hours per week

Sound financial background to ensure accurate accounting throughout all aspects of the business using Sage Line 50 Accounts package (knowledge of Sage is essential).

Responsibilities include invoicing monthly using sagePay, taking payments in all formats. Monitoring/chasing payments as required. Reporting.

Good organisational, administrative and IT skills essential. Excellent inter-personnel skills required and to be able to work as part of a team.

This is an exciting opportunity for somebody interested in finance, theatre, arts and music.

Dartford Grammar School is a selective academy for boys, admitting girls to its sixth form. There are six forms of entry to Year 7, and all of the students joining the school are from the top 25% of the ability range. The students come from Dartford, neighbouring towns and villages, and nearby London boroughs. The current roll is 1,486, including 596 in the sixth form.
