37 hours a week (5 days)

Term time only - 39 wks per year (including Staff Development Days)

Kent Range 8, Point 26 – Point 30 £24,791 to £28,412 pa

Pro rata £20,919.51 - £23,975.04 pa

Do you want to join a thriving Kent school? Thamesview School are seeking to appoint one Welfare Support Manager to commence immediately and additional staff in the same role for a September start.

We are seeking to appoint passionate members of support staff who will join a team of Welfare Support Managers to provide key administrative, welfare and progress development support for our Heads of Year.

We are committed to providing high quality learning experiences for our students and to supporting our staff through excellent CPD opportunities. 

Our ideal candidate will:

  • will relate well to students
  • must have good attendance and punctuality record
  • will be able to liaise and communicate effectively with outside agencies, staff and students
  • will be confident to work independently and multi task in a range of areas
  • will have a cheerful disposition, show confidence and contribute ideas to work within a team
  • will demonstrate effective examples of initiatives they have developed in a school to date
