Leeds and Broomfield C.E. Primary School is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant. This post is for 2 days per week, term time only and is a job share post, with the other Administrative Assistant already in post.

The successful candidate will be: adaptable, efficient, able to work on their own initiative, have the ability to work methodically with accuracy and attention to detail, be able to understand the full range of duties associated with the role and possess a confident, friendly telephone manner.

Good office administration experience is an essential requisite for this post, either in a school or Children’s Centre setting, alongside knowledge and experience of working with database packages including SIMS.

You will need to be able to work as part of a team, meet set deadlines, be adaptable and have the ability to multi-task. You will understand the necessity for confidentiality in respect to information relating to staff, pupils and families and uphold this principle at all times.
