We are looking to recruit an English and Maths Development Manager to be responsible for leading and managing the English, Maths, and ESOL teaching, learning and assessment across Folkestone College.

This position requires the successful candidate to have direct line management of the English, Maths, and ESOL team. The role also requires the management of the quality assurance process for both GCSE and Functional Skills qualifications across the College.

In addition, as the Development Manager for the College the successful candidate requires the ability to support vocational area teams to monitor and improve their quality of teaching, learning and assessment for English and Maths.

The worthy candidate will need to be a passionate and enthusiastic individual that is committed to improving quality and leading on new initiatives to get the highest standards and develop the growth of the department in line with the Folkestone College vision.
