CASUAL LETTINGS SUPERVISOR

Required from April 2019

Casual contract with hours determined by the number of weekend lettings and cover requirements of the Site Team

 

Kent Scheme Salaries Range 5: £18,059-£19,863 per annum

(Equivalent hourly rate to be paid on claim for hours worked plus a holiday entitlement)

 

Due to an increase in enquiries for weekend lettings of our facilities we are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and innovative colleague to join our team of committed professionals on a casual basis.  This post would oversee weekend lettings of the main school building including the opening and locking up of the premises.  The post would also provide annual leave cover for the School Lettings Supervisor over the school year therefore some caretaking tasks and building maintenance will also being involved.  The ability to work and communicate with a range of people at all levels, both in school and beyond, is essential.  Experience of MS Word and MS Excel would be an advantage.  This post is subject to satisfactory references, an enhanced DBS check and pre-employment health check.
