Salary: Kent Scheme 6, point 17 to 20 (£19,645-£21,549 FTE) £16,705-£18,324 pro-rata

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Pastoral Manager.
The successful candidate will look after the welfare of students, work pro-actively to provide suitable interventions to remove barriers to emotional wellbeing and learning, and ensure all administrative duties are carried out effectively. You will enjoy dealing with a range of students, including the most challenging, with firmness and sensitivity. You must be self-motivated, confident, energetic and positive at all times while ensuring behaviour issues are addressed. You will need excellent communication skills as you will be required to liaise with a range of professionals, students and maintain close parental contact.
