Endeavour MAT is a small Trust with a geographical focus around Wilmington and Dartford. It is responsible for the education of students at Wilmington Grammar School for Girls, Wilmington Grammar School for Boys and Stone Lodge School.

We seek an inspirational leader to join our popular, oversubscribed and outstanding Girls’ Grammar School to stimulate our students and incite a love of foreign languages. The ideal candidate will be an expert teacher capable of teaching at least one language from French, Spanish and Mandarin, up to KS5 level. A second language is desirable. The role will commence September 2019.

We seek someone who will:

  • Bring fun and enjoyment to learning with a proven track record of delivering high quality lessons with excellent student outcomes
  • have the vision and leadership skills to move the department forward
  • be committed to raising standards for all students
  • be capable of developing staff within a team to secure outstanding results
  • be forward thinking and pro-active in identifying key trends and responding to the inherent changes required in the delivery of this subject area

As joint lead of North West Kent Teaching School Alliance, staff joining Endeavour MAT are provided with an abundance of professional development opportunities.
