We are looking for a skilled and nurturing class teacher to start as soon as possible to teach our Year 4 class.  You will be joining a wonderful class that love learning and have fantastic behaviour.  This position is initially until August 2019 with the possibility of this being extended.

The successful candidate will have  the passion and determination to inspire our children and contribute to the continuous growth and standard of teaching at our school. The successful candidate will possess confidence and creativity, have the ability to capture children's imagination and develop a love of learning.

Information about the school

Harcourt Primary is a family-orientated, one-form entry school with a private nursery attached. Graded ‘good’ in all areas by Ofsted in January 2017, we place great emphasis on an holistic approach to education. We encourage all children to become independent thinkers and lifelong learners. We work closely with parents and the local community to promote and provide family learning. The school is set in extensive grounds with large playing fields, wild garden and pond. We are a healthy school and also hold the Eco Schools Silver Award, Active Mark and Basic Skills Quality Mark. We are currently developing our Forest School Award.
