Due to expansion, Goldwyn School, Folkestone is seeking to appoint an innovative and passionate, highly motivated and flexible Teacher to deliver Humanities to our students. The ability to teach English and Maths up to KS3 is desirable. The successful candidate will be based at our Goldwyn Folkestone site in Parkfield Road, Folkestone. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher, to share your knowledge and skills to enable learners to express themselves in a creative way. You will need to have an innovative, flexible approach and the drive and passion to make a difference to students who are likely to have experienced little previous success within a school environment.  Goldwyn students are of mixed and high ability (NC level 3-4 on entry) and as such are capable of achieving GCSE and other Level 2 qualifications in Year 11. 

We are looking for an individual who can bring something new and exciting to our small, friendly and professional team.

Students who are admitted to the school have complex and wide ranging difficulties, come from a wide range of socio-economic backgrounds and also from a wide geographical area.
