We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and committed Caretaker (experience desirable but not essential) to join our team.

This post is for 21 hours per week, which will include responsibility for the secuity of the school site and general maintenance.

We are seeking applicants who have a flexible approach to working hours in order to fit in with the ethos of our school.

They must be able to be a main key holder and on occasions to attend to 'call outs' outside of normal working hours.

Information about the school

We are a small village school situated on the outskirts of Dover. At present we have 104 pupils on roll and the profile of the school across the local community is strong and growing due to our strengthening reputation. We have recently received an OUTSTANDING Ofsted judgement (December 2022) and are now building on these successes. We have fantastic outside grounds which are used for sports and outdoor learning activities. We have wrap around care from 7.45am until 5.45pm using our Breakfast Club and After School Club facilities. For more information or to arrange a school visit, please email office@eythorne-elvington.kent.sch.uk
