As a Premises Manager you will:

  • Work Monday - Thursday, 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and Friday 8.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. but will need to be flexible to the needs of the school when these hours may need to be adjusted;
  • Oversee the security, maintenance and cleaning of the school site
  • Manage site, grounds and cleaning staff;
  • Monitor materials and stock levels and keep in line with the associated budget;
  • Undertake necessary in school maintenance and oversee external contractors
  • Ensure building and grounds are compliant with Health & Safety regulations

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A level 2/3 diploma or equivalent and job related skills
  • Experience within the remit of Premises Manager
  • Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety procedures

St. George's Church of England Foundation School is a 4 - 19 mixed All-Through school of above average size situated in an area where over 30% of all students attend local grammar school.

The school moved into a brand new, state of the art building in April 2010. From September 2016, St George's Church of England Foundation School expanded to include a Primary phased provision and is now an all through school.
