Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for a highly efficient,

flexible, friendly and reliable Year 3 teacher.  

You will need to be an effective classroom practitioner, energetic, supportive and a positive team player with a sense of humour and excellent communication skills.

You will need to be IT literate and up to date with new teaching methods including Maths and English strategies. You must also be willing to contribute to the continued improvement of our wonderful school !

NQTs are very welcome.

Evidence of your teaching and GCSE / O Level / A Level qualifications and degree information, along with photo identification, will need to be shown prior to the interview.

Birchington Church of England Primary School is a friendly two form entry school on the edge of Thanet and is currently expanding to three form entry. Year R, Year 1 and Year 2 are currently three form entry. (Currently 466 pupils on role)

Our school has a great range of facilities, including a Sensory room, library, computer suite, MUGA (Multi Use Games Area) and extensive grounds.
