PART TIME Admissions Manager and Pupil Administration Officer

Five days per week, 8.30am to 2pm, 40 weeks per year.

Salary KR6: £12,741 (pro rata for a full time salary of £19,864 p.a.)

We are a large primary school with 650 pupils and over 100 staff.  The school is friendly and welcoming and the staff work well together in the best interests of our pupils.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our school team. Required to start on 22nd April, the successful candidate will be personable and proactive, with an ability to prioritise and to work to strict deadlines. 

The jobholder will manage pupil admissions to the school and transitions to secondary school. This requires regular contact with parents and, therefore, excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic but objective approach are necessary. They must be confident in being the school's "public face".

The role also manages pupil data and candidates should possess a keen attention to detail. Experience of working in a school is preferable.
