We are looking to appoint an enthuasiastic and adaptable person to our thriving after school club for three sessions per week.  The hours are 3:15 - 6:00 p.m., giving 8:25 hours weekly, term time only. 

Salary will equate to approximately £239 per month (£2873 per annum) prior to any deductions.

The successful applicant will work under the direction of the Out of School Club Supervisor to provide a safe, caring and stimulating high quality environment for children.

Assist the Supervisor in organising a daily routine that meet the emotional, social, physical and intellectual needs of the children.

Build links and work in partnership with parents, carers and professionals to promote the well being of the children.

Amongst other attributes, the successfull applicant will need:

To like working with children of primary school age

  • Be supportive in various activities (games, sporting and learning opportunities included) within the club
  • Be able to support and assist with the supervision of light teas
  • Be willing to undertake training as necessary
  • Be adaptable and be able to work as part of a team.
