We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant within our school for EYFS/KS1/KS2
The contract is from 01.03.19. You will be required to work 34 hours per week:- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8.30a.m. – 3.30p.m. Wednesday 8.30 a.m. – 5.00p.m.

You must be able to:

  • Demonstrate outstanding creativity and desire to support in class.
  • Want to make a difference to the lives and futures of the children at DBCPS by encouraging and supporting them.
  • Be a fun, lively character who develops rapports with all children.
  • Work well alongside a diverse team and, with our open door policy, engage with the friends and family of DBCPS.

Our Ubuntu philosophy is a very important part of who we are and what we believe as a school and wider community. The school council, governors and parents are very involved in the continuing development of our school.

The successful candidate will also be able to work flexibly and be confident in providing equal opportunity of curriculum and attend after school weekly staff meetings on a Wednesday evening. You may be required to lead small groups in your day to day practice.
