We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified and motivated part time Teacher of Health and Social Care to teach Health and Social Care BTEC at Level 2. The ability to teach Level 3 Health and Social Care BTEC and/or GCSE Sociology would be an advantage but is not essential.  

The successful candidate will be:

  • passionately committed to the place of Health and Social Care in education
  • an outstanding classroom practioner 
  • able to enthuse, motivate and challenge students to maintain high standards and achievement at all levels
  • able to contribute to the Social Science staff as a team to maintain high standards and morale 

Applications from newly qualified teachers as well as those with experience are equally welcome. The school would also consider applicants from unqualified teachers where they have previous experience in delivering this course.
