Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced, reliable and enthusiastic Site Manager to maintain our new purpose-built school, which we moved into in September 2017, to a high standard.

You will be responsible for managing the overall maintenance ensuring the security, safety and condition of the school site.

The position is full time, 52 weeks per year with 26 days holiday.  The salary will be KR9 £28,413 - £32,495. 

Hours of work are 37 hours per week working a shift system of either (1) 0700 to 1500 or (2) 1000 to 1800 in conjunction with the other site team member.  You will also need to be part of the 24 hour emergency call out rota and to undertake additional hours as necessary.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, pro-active, self-motivated, flexible and well organised
  • Has relevant experience, ideally in a school setting
  • Has a good understanding of Health & Safety requirements
  • Able to maintain accurate maintenance records and site risk assessments
  • Able to work well in a team and manage workload priorities
