Receptionist

Required from February/March 2019

 

Term Time plus 5 days negotiated hours, 37 hours per week

8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00pm-3.30pm Friday

Kent Scheme Salaries Range 4 £17,189-£18,058 per annum pro rata

(Equating to £14,505 - £15,238 per annum)

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and efficient colleague to join our team of committed professionals within the Main Office Team.  The successful candidate will provide an outstanding reception service and a range of administrative support to the school and present MGGS to the public in a professional manner, both by effectiveness and attire as the ‘face’ of MGGS. 

 

Previous receptionist, switchboard and administration experience is essential and experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage. Strong IT skills are also essential and knowledge of SIMS (Schools Information Management System) is desirable although not essential.
