Are you an experienced, energetic and highly motivated individual with experience of building, security and grounds supervision?

Do you have working knowledge of Health and Safety procedures accompanied by proficient practical and technical skills?

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Premises Manager to lead a team, taking responsibility for the management and delivery of an effective service to all stakeholders, ensuring the building and grounds are adequately managed and maintained.

Our school has a variety of wonderful purpose-built facilities, including an All-Weather Pitch, Sports Hall, Dance Studio, Theatre and Conference facilities, having undergone full refurbishment in the last 10 years. The School has a good relationship with the local community and full use is made of the facilities, by our students and the general public.

This is a full-time role, 37 hours a week, year-round.  The core hours will be 8.00 – 4.00 daily, however due to the nature of the role a flexible approach may be required to attend emergencies or undertake additional hours, in which case appropriate remuneration will be made.
