Goldwyn Plus is part of the Goldwyn School group offering students bespoke packages of education, training, and pastoral support. We endeavour to create a challenging and inspiring learning environment where staff work together to encourage all students to reach their full potential.
Goldwyn Plus has been established to provide individualised education and alternative pathways for students with SEN/EHCPs who have found other school options difficult and have become disengaged.
As a Home Tutor, it is essential that you have a good standard of education and are able to identify areas of improvement required when working on a 1:1 basis.
Working with students who display challenging behaviour, exceptional behaviour management skills are a must. The Tutor will be expected to work with the young people in their homes in the Kent area delivering and supporting core subjects such as Maths, English and a specialism.
Salary is commensurate with duties and qualifications - hourly rate on zero hour contracts.

Goldwyn School is a KCC Foundation Special School for children and young people with an EHCP for SEMH needs from age 11 to 16 (provision for 16+ is delivered at Goldwyn Sixth Form College). Students who are admitted to the school have complex and wide ranging difficulties, come from a wide range of socio-economic backgrounds and also from a wide geographical area.
