  • Have experience effectively coaching, mentoring & work alongside others to share good practice
  • Have the drive to make a real difference to the lives of pupils in an area of coastal disadvantage
  • Be able to confidently & calmly run the school on a day to day basis
  • Believe that a knowledge-led curriculum is essential for deep learning & levelling the playing field for all pupils
