We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and motivated Teaching Assistant on a part-time fixed term contract for this academic year to support in our Early Years.

The hours will be 30 hours per week during term time, to be worked from 8.45am - 3.15pm, Monday to Friday.

The salary is paid at Kent Range 3, £15,628 - £17,188 pro rata for part time. 

Current experience of working with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage is desirable, as is the ability to lead learning with groups and individuals, responding to the needs of the children, with support and direction from the teacher. This should be clearly evidenced in your application. 

You will need the minimum of a Level 3 Early Years qualification, or be willing to work towards this.

You must have English and Maths GCSE at grade C or above, or adult level 2 Literacy and Numeracy qualifications and be able to reflect our nurturing, positive and inclusive ethos.
