STUDY SUPPORT SUPERVISOR

The Norton Knatchbull School is looking for:
Two Study Support Supervisors to work in a busy school, 28 hours a week, term time only. This post is ideal for graduates who would like to gain school experience before applying to train as teachers. The successful candidates will be covering lessons in the absence of the teacher, working with individual students or small groups and providing administrative and technician support as required. Applicants should have good interpersonal skills, be computer literate, have a flexible approach to work and the ability to work well under pressure. Please include details of your areas of academic expertise in your application.
Pay scale: Kent Range 3 - £15,784 pro rata £9,850

The Norton Knatchbull has a rich and long history. Set up over 350 years ago as Ashford Grammar School by Sir Norton Knatchbull.
6 FE grammar school with girls in 6th form. Students well motivated, pleasant and able. Kent Grammar Schools admit the top 25% of the ability range. Relationships with KCC and all local schools is exceptionally good. Ashford is an expanding market and railway town, unemployment very low, housing in Ashford reasonably priced.
