Northfleet School for Girls is seeking to appoint a Receptionist & Administrator who will be the first point of contact for visitors and telephone calls to the school. The post is for 27 hours per week (ideally Tuesday - Friday) and term time only (39 weeks).

The successful candidate will be required to promote a positive ethos of the school in a professional manner when dealing with telephone calls, visitors, contractors, staff and students of the school. They will also be required to provide an efficient reception and telephone service ensuring that enquiries and visitors are directed to the appropriate member of staff in accordance with school procedures.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience having previously worked as a receptionist or in a customer service role.

The appointment is subject to satisfactory references, medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check.
