PART TIME Administration Assistant

Five days per week, 8.30am to 2pm, 39 weeks per year.

Salary £9800 (KR4: pro rata for a full time salary of £17189 p.a.)

We are a large primary school with 650 pupils and over 100 staff.  The school is friendly and welcoming and the staff work well together in the best interests of our pupils.

Required as soon as possible to join our busy office, the successful candidate will be proactive, able to prioritise and have excellent IT skills.  Experience of working in a school office is preferable. Multi tasking, the ability to keep calm under pressure and meet deadlines are essential. 

The role will support the day-to-day clerical and administrative functions of the school, as well as providing cover for the Receptionist where needed. With excellent interpersonal skills and an objective approach, the Administration Assistant will provide accurate and efficient support to the running of the school.
