As a Primary TA working within Early Years and Key Stage 1, you will:

  • Work 37 hours a week, term time only
  • Support pupils in their learning both in the classroom setting and in small intervention groups
  • Work with pupils who have a need in regard to speech and language
  • Organise paperwork to ensure records are up to date and show clear progression of pupils
  • Be part of the Extended Day Team

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience supporting in Early Years and Key Stage 1
  • An understanding of assessment at Early Years and Key Stage 1
  • Experience in the use of Too simple or similar app based assessment
  • The ability to be flexible to the needs of the school
  • The ability to work on your own or as part of a team
