Information about the school

We are a primary school that believes that kindness and happiness are at the core of everything we do - happy staff means happy learners. We know how important team work is and we are lucky our team support each other; helping out where needed, going that extra mile to support learners and importantly having a sense of humour.

We are situated near the Pantiles end of Tunbridge Wells and we are lucky to have a large site with lots of outdoor space such as a field, big playground, class outdoor areas and a courtyard. Currently, we have seven classes from Reception to Year 6 with around 150 and pupils on roll.

We are a happy, caring and supportive school, with high standards, committed and passionate in changing life opportunities for our children through an enriched and exciting curriculum. We are in contact with the local community and full participate in local events as well as fundraising for the chosen house charities.

We are proud of our recent, and very successful, OFSTED inspection (March 2023); graded as good in all areas. We encourage you to read the full report, reflecting our school's ethos, strengths and what is it like to attend this school.

It was noted that, "Staff have high expectations for pupils’ behaviour. Pupils work and play well together. Pupils understand clearly the school rules and why they need these. They appreciate the help that teachers give them to understand their feelings and make the right choices. Pupils know that it is important to be kind to each other. "
