Seal has an exciting opportunity for a skilled, highly motivated and enthusiastic part-time Teaching Assistant. Hours of work will be 8:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday, term time only. The position is paid at KR3 (£15,628 - £17,188 pro rata depending on experience). Duties include leading 1:1 and small group interventions. In addition to this there will also be four half hour lunchtime duties.
Recent experience as a Teaching Assistant, in particular the planning and delivering of individual and group interventions is desirable. Your ability to build relationships, have a positive outlook and a willingness to try different approaches is essential. You will be supported by the SENCO and Class Teacher to facilitate high quality independent learning and help all pupils achieve their best.
