Endeavour MAT is a newly formed Trust, which currently comprises Wilmington Grammar School for Girls (WGSG), Wilmington Grammar School for Boys (WGSB) and is the Trust chosen to open Stone Lodge School in Dartford in September 2019.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated HR Manager who will lead, standardise and ultimately centralise the Trust’s operational HR activities and process and assist with the development of policies and the strategic management of personnel as the Trust grows.
