Knole Academy in Sevenoaks is looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and organised professional to join our team and make a difference.
Assistant Head of Year
(This is a non-teaching role and QTS is not a requirement)
Salary will be paid according to experience £20,332 - £24,472 FTE
(equates to £17,546 - £21,119 per annum)
37 hours per week: Monday – Thursday 8.00 am – 4.30 pm, Friday 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, 38 weeks term time plus two weeks.
This is an exciting opportunity for the post holder to join the academy in this new role supporting the Heads of Year with the administration for pastoral issues such as attendance and behaviour. Excellent communication and organisational skills will be required to liaise with the Heads of Year, SENCo, parents and other staff regarding behavioural issues as well as the confidence to supervise students in our Behaviour Zone.

Knole Academy has a capacity for 1550 students aged 11-19. We are an all ability co-educational school with a grammar stream which has developed exponentially over the last few years.
