Learning Manager

30 hours per week (5 days)

Term Time only plus 1 week

Salary Band 5 Point 14

£18,183

(£12,440 pro rata)

 

Applications are invited for this post which will involve supervising the learning that takes place within the classroom and administering the work set by subject teachers. High level of interpersonal skills, a good general educational background and previous experience of working with young people are all highly desirable. A full induction programme will be provided.

Fulston Manor is an extremely successful, non-selective school, with a current roll of 1355, which includes a rapidly growing sixth form of approximately 300 and intense pressure for places in all other years. In addition to the school’s reputation for academic success and quality pastoral care, we are also involved in a significant amount of work with other schools, both providing intensive support and delivering a wide range of training opportunities. We have close links with local universities and are particularly proud of our staff induction programmes.
