We are looking to appoint a highly motivated Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant to join our team from January 2019 to provide 1:1 support for a Year 1 pupil in our mixed Year 1/2 class.

This is a part-time temporary appointment (term-time only) 16.25 hours per week  8.45  a.m. to 12.00 p.m.  Monday to Friday.   The post will be paid on KR3 pro rata  £15,628 - £17,188

Previous experience as a teaching assistant would be an advantage and in particular within KS1 and with pupils with additional needs.

This is a temporary position linked to individual pupil funding.

Borden Church of England School is a small school situated in the village of Borden, just outside Sittingbourne in Kent and we are proud to be part of Our Community Multi Academy Trust - OCMAT. We have approximately 120 pupils in 5 mixed age classes.
