A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional candidate to develop a new role in the school. The school’s business team is expanding and we are looking for an individual to work alongside the Finance Officer and Business Manager. As this is a new position it is offered on a temporary contract which will be reviewed annually. There may be an opportunity for the role to expand in the future. 

The post holder’s duties will include:-

  • Prepare and upload personnel documents for new staff and leavers
  • Administration of GDPR compliance
  • Process day to day orders and invoices on FMS
  • Stock control and monitoring of resources
  • Asset Register Updates
  • Filing and archiving
  • Telephone and reception duties where necessary
  • Assisting the team to cover during occasional staff absence 

The working hours are 16.5 each week, 9am-3pm over three days, term time only (13 weeks holiday!)
