HR and Clerical Administrator (Part time, term time only + 5 Inset Days)
KR4 £17189 - £18058 (pro rata) 20 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
Are you an enthusiastic, flexible and hard working person with a good sense of humour?
We are looking for new members of our office team and seeking to appoint a HR and Clerical Administrator with HR and personnel experience who will systematically and efficiently manage personnel and pupil records in our friendly and successful school.
Working alongside our General Secretary and Finance Officer, the successful candidate will have designated and specific responsibilities revolving around staff contracts, admissions and pupil records.
Excellent organisational skills are required to cope with the demands of dealing with a variety of tasks and the ability to adapt to any situation. Good literacy, numeracy and computer skills (word and excel) are essential. A knowledge of SIMS, SAM and experience of working in a school would be desirable.
