Premises Manager

Required as soon as possible

Band 6 £19,864 - £21,790

37 hours per week, all year round, permanent

 

We require a self-motivated, reliable, multi skilled and proactive individual to fill this role.

The fundamental part of this role will be on leading on premises, the security of the buildings/grounds and lettings of facilities. The successful candidate will line manage other members of the Site Team, ensuring cleanliness of the site and ensuring all aspects of Health & Safety are adhered to. You will be expected to attend emergencies outside of school hours.

We are seeking a person who has:

  • Level 2/3 Diploma (or equivalent) and proficient technical and practical skills.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills.
  • Knowledge and expertise in maintenance and repairs.
  • An understanding of and the ability to apply Health & Safety procedures.
