This is an interesting and challenging role in which you will be responsible for working closely with the Head Teacher and Senior Leadership team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide P.A. duties to the Head Teacher including day to day administration, typing, diary management, attendance at high level meetings, production of minutes and reports. Additional duties will include overseeing the smooth running of the reception office as office manager and assisting the HR manager with administrative work and other ad hoc duties. The position requires a highly presentable, organised, accurate, discreet, approachable and dedicated individual who has the ability to multi task and work under pressure.  A flexible approach to working hours will be essential.

As a first point of contact, a good telephone manner, pleasing personality with good communication skills and smart appearance are essential. Candidates must demonstrate a patient and diplomatic approach to work along with a strong sense of confidentiality, loyalty and discretion. The ability to manage time and workload efficiently is essential as is a good working knowledge of MS Office.

Hours of work are 37 per week, term time only (core hours being 8am to 4pm) but considerable flexibility will be required.
