We are looking to recruit a Special Educational Needs and Disability Co-ordinator (SENDCo) to join us on our pursuit towards excellence in teaching and learning. Holy Trinity Church of England Primary School is a two form entry primary school in the vibrant and diverse town of Gravesend, Kent; Our school is part of the Diocese of Rochester and a member of the Aletheia Trust.
