We are seeking an experienced, well organised and enthusiastic Office Manager to lead our four schools in Sittingbourne, Kent. This newly created post of School Services Manager is an exciting opportunity for an experienced team leader to develop their career. The successful candidate will have substantial experience of all the activities that go on in a school office to assist us as we centralise our finance and HR functions and reorganise our school offices

You will play a vital role in each schools’ success by managing administration support services to aid school leaders to discharge their duties effectively. You will believe safeguarding the children trusted into our care begins in the school office, be an ambassador for the children and deliver the highest standards of professional conduct.

You will believe first impressions and a positive experience create long-lasting relationships with stakeholders, thinking creatively and constructively to ensure they receive the highest standards of customer service and leave the schools having received a warm and proud welcome 

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a confident communicator able to convey information clearly, with proven experience in establishing positive working relationships. You must be able to work accurately under pressure whilst still maintaining high standards of performance levels.

You will have strong Microsoft Office skills, able to type quickly and accurately with considerable experience of using school software and administration systems

This is a full-time position (37 hours per week) term time plus two weeks. Leave can only be taken during school holidays. The salary for this post will be paid pro rata on Kent Range 7 (FTE £21790-£24790)

Potential in Everyone Academy Trust is a Church based Multi Academy Trust which is made up of two small Church of England Primary Schools (Bredgar and Borden), a three form entry Infant School (The Oaks) and a three form entry Junior school (Minterne). We also proudly provide a specialist resource provision for children with speech and language difficulties on the Oaks and Minterne site. The Trust's registered office is Bredgar CE Primary School.
