Chartham Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to provide support to our families and children. The successful candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills, and will have a flexible approach to their working. 

Empathy and humility are core values for this role. Ideally we are looking for candidates who have an understanding of supporting families and parents within a primary school setting. 

This will be a challenging role and will have a varied job description. Previous experience with inter-agency workimg is essential, as is a willingness to undertake training.

This post will be for 30 hours a week, term time only. The range for Kent Range 5 is £18059 to £19863 (pro rata for 44 weeks of the year).
