We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic site manager to maintain our new school building. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, diligent, able to use their initiative and have proven skills or experience in the role.

The role is initially for 22.5 hours per week, term time only with a requirement to work part of some school holidays, depending on work needed. The position will be paid on salary grade KR6.

Ideally, we would like someone who would be willing to work the following hours:

7.30a.m. - 9 a.m.

3.20p.m. - 6.20p.m.  

The role will encompass maintaining the new school building, opening and closing the building, monitoring the work of the contract cleaner as well as supporting with some cleaning, liaising with contractors, keeping track of stock and taking responsibility for key health and safety checks.  

There will be some tasks to be completed during school holidays, however the times will be different to those above due to access to the new building through PFI land.
