We have an opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational MFL teacher that can teach Spanish to lead the department through the next phase of its development.  You will be joining a MFL department that comprises a team of dedicated and forward-thinking teachers who have a passion for their subject.  You will equally be a passionate leader who will have a vision for continuing the already improving department and have the skills to support in raising standards and levels of achievement. 

 

The successful candidate will have strong subject knowledge and leadership skills honed from experience in this role.  They will be flexible and have an enthusiastic attitude towards both staff and students as well as excellent communication skills.  They will be student-centered in all their decision making, ensuring the best outcomes for each and every one who attends the Academy.
