  • We are looking for a new member of our Special Needs and Disability (SEND) Team. We are a large infant school in sunny Herne Bay with lovely enthusiastic children and a friendly supportive staff. If you would like to know more please contact the school to obtain further details.

Information about the school

This large thriving school is well established in the area and shares a site with Herne Bay Junior School, bounded by Kings Road and Stanley Road and enjoying a central position in the town.

The school is a 3 form entry with a nursery and there are currently 300 children on roll. There is a good staff/pupil ratio throughout the school ensuring an inclusive, creative, supportive and secure environment.

As a school committed to safeguarding children all staff members will undergo an enhanced DBS check and candidates will be assessed on their suitability to work with children. In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education, checks include references, online searches and health clearance before employment.
