Pastoral Support Manager

Required as soon as possible

Band 5 £18,059 - £19,864 (£15,238.18 - £16,761.24 pro rata)

37 hours per week, term time plus 5 staff development days, permanent

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pastoral Support Manager to join the  pastoral team at The Whitstable School. Subscribing to our school motto, you will play a valuable part in helping pupils succeed through a holistic approach that recognises the importance of personal welfare to learning.

The successful candidate will:

  • Possess a Level 1 or 2 Diploma (or equivalent) including English and maths
  • Have previous experience of working with children
  • Have good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Be able to relate well to children and adults, understanding their needs and being able to respond accordingly
