Under the direction of the Headteacher, the post holder will be responsible for duties covering security, heating, lighting and (as directed) supervision of cleaning of premises, for porterage, minor repairs and maintenance, and general duties of this kind associated with the support of the premises for the purpose for which

This post is for 37 hours per week (all year round)

7.30am-11.00am & 2.30pm-6.30pm (Fridays until 6pm)

Working hours may be subject to variation and call-out at weekends and unsocial hours may be necessary from time to time.   (Please refer to the attached outline job description for further details.)

St John’s Church of England Primary School (controlled) is a one form entry thriving school in the heart of Sevenoaks town. Close links exist with the Church of St John the Baptist, the parish priest leading worship and being a frequent pastoral presence in the school.
