Construction is one of the subjects that underpins the careers aspirations of our students and as such a key department for our school with results being in the top 10% of the country (ALPS). We deliver BTEC Construction to Level 2 and Level 3 students, Extended and Diploma.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Head of Construction at the developing new and improved Medway University Technical College. We are looking for someone who has the enthusiasm, energy, drive and experience to ensure that Medway UTC meets all our student needs and excels in the core subject of Construction.

Candidates are encouraged to contact the school directly for an informal discussion and tour with the Principal before making an application. Please contact Jade Legge, EA to the Principal, on 01634 505800 or j.legge@medwayutc.co.uk to arrange a meeting.

Medway UTC first opened its doors in September 2015 for year 10 and year 12 students and is soon to be a member of the Howard Academy Trust, with the aim of supporting future development and further opportunities for all.

Through employer partnerships, Medway UTC is a school that offers each student the opportunity of clear employment routes, whilst providing a strong traditional education. At Medway UTC, students are developed to be employable young professionals.

If you believe you have the required skills and experience to be part of the team driving forward the outcomes for young engineers, we want to hear from you.
