COVER SUPERVISOR 

3 month fixed-term contract with a possiblity of becoming permanent.

32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (8am – 3.30pm Monday – Friday), term-time only.

Kent Range 5, £13,385 - £14,722 (£18,059 - £19,863 for a full time post)

We are looking to appoint an additional Cover Supervisor whose duties will be to support teaching staff by providing classroom cover, implementing set work, monitoring students and reporting on progress during short term teacher absence.

At the heart of the role is creating the conditions for effective student learning, through positive classroom management, delivery, relationships with students and organisation and thorough care for students including responsibility for their behaviour and safety.

Essential requirements include:

  • Excellent communication
  • Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths
  • Experience of working with young people in a learning environment
