Family Engagement Worker (FLO) 35 hours weekly

This role provides vital support for our school community working with parents, carers and their children. In this role you will be part of our school’s Pastoral Leadership Team. This team of Headteacher, SENCO and Wellbeing Coordinator will work alongside you to bring a joined up approach to the often complex needs of some of our families.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to work with parents and carers to enable them to best support their children in school and at home. You will also work with some of our students to support their pastoral needs, working to ensure their well-being and remove barriers to learning.

You may already have a background in teaching, social work or pastoral care and want the opportunity to combine work with children and families with a wider role in the school’s pastoral offer. If so, this is the job for you.
