Lessness Heath Primary School is a large 3 form entry school in Bexley, South East London and is seeking to appoint class teachers across the Early Years and primary range with a start date for September 2018.  The leadership team work to improve outcomes for all our learners through supporting your professional development empowering everyone to be the best they can be. We regularly share great practice with other schools both in the locality and across the Trust to further support your development

The school has recently been through a successful Ofsted inspection (December 2017). Early Year is outstanding, ‘Children make excellent progress in all areas of learning so that the proportion attaining a good level of development by the end of the Reception Year is well above the national average.’ Ofsted stated ‘All pupils behave with consideration and care. They look out for each other and are fully involved with school life. Pupils’ good attitudes to their work and interest in learning also support the good progress that they make.’

In recognition of the Leadership team Ofsted quoted ‘The head teacher’s drive and strategic vision have been instrumental in bringing about rapid school improvement. The Headteacher, with the support of the trust and the governing body, has created a strong and resourceful leadership team. Leaders are determined to make this new school as good as it can be. All leaders have established their expectation that high aspirations, as well as good teaching and behaviour, are the rule.’
